What are the boarding, lodging and transportation arrangements for outstation students?

  • ISAB has made arrangements and facilitates for lodging, boarding and transports facilities to 100% students at actual costs direct to the services providers. However, students are free to opt out and make their own arrangements.

Does ISAB provide hostel accommodation facilities for Boys/Girls?

  • Yes. Hostel facility for girls is separate.

Is bank education loan possible for this course?

  • ISAB is affiliated with an approved university that qualifies for bank education loan. The institute to access education loan from the banks facilitates all possible help by way of documentation. However it is the entire responsibility of individual students to arrange through nearest bank located in the vicinity of permanent home address.

What kind of financial assistance available for qualified students?

  • ISAB provides scholarship to deserving students based on merit cum means. 10% of the total strength of students will be qualified to avail the facility, which is 50% off on the academic fee.

What other scholarships / financial assistance is available?

  • The social sector scholarships for students belonging to weaker sections, SC/ST, OBC, minority communities can also be accessed from the State Governments, as per the norms. In addition, ISAB is working with corporates to facilitate 100% academic fee provided by the corporate to the meritorious students.

What is jobs assurance?

  • ISAB is offering appointment letter @ Rs. 25,000 to all the students on the day of admission. This offer is due to the fact that ICFA has the industry assurance for 100% placement, which will be much higher salary levels.

How many seats are available for admissions?

  • ISAB has sanctioned strength of 60. However, based on the final admissions, actual number of seats will be determined.

What are the other learning avenues at ISAB?

  • The institute is promoted by ICFA, which is apex institutions in food and agriculture at the national level, which organizes large number of CEOs round table meets, industry interactions, national and international seminars and lectures, agro expositions, where all students are welcome to join. Whether laptop is compulsory for regular ISAB course?

  • Laptop is not compulsory, however it is strongly recommended for students of ISAB to have laptops. The students will have to arrange the same on their own. However, the high speed Internet is provided free of cost by the Institute.

Is there any admission concession for postgraduates or experienced persons applying?

  • There is no extra concession either in the written or interview for more qualified or experienced persons. All admissions will be strictly on merit basis. There is no reservation or concession based on caste, creed, religion also.

When ISAB classes will start?

  • The classes will commence from first week of August, 2018

Is there any correspondence course available?

  • No, only regular courses are available. ISAB however plans to start distance learning course in future, subject to approval by the University and the Directorate of Distance Learning.
